Successfully realized Crisis Communication Course
The Public Affairs Regional Center (RCOJ) has successfully organized and implemented another crisis communications course. From 16 to 20 May, an online version of the course was conducted with 11 participants from 4 different countries. The participants from Azerbaijan, Poland, Croatia and North Macedonia had the opportunity to get acquainted, but also to try and practically apply the techniques used in communicating with the public in crisis situations. Three certified media trainers from the PARC, as well as three international experts in the field of strategic communications and public relations, shared their knowledge and practical experiences from crisis communications with the course participants.
The explanation of the basic techniques for effective communication, in combination with NATO principles and regulations in communication, but also the inevitable use of social networks and platforms, enabled the course to be of exceptional quality and useful for the participants.
The Regional Center for Public Relations will continue to follow the current NATO requirements in the field of public affairs and strategic communications and in accordance with them to conduct appropriate courses and workshops, contributing to the joint efforts of all members of the Alliance for further development of this area.
